What are the other aspects that makes MYT unique ?

There are two of them we would like to mention:

1. Firstly we are an ALL WOMEN startup with ONLY WOMEN HOME CHEFS being onboarded and promoted on this platform. We feel, WOMEN deserve a lot more empowerment in today's day and age. Home based Cloud Kitchens is the next best trend happening in the food delivery industry. So dear fellow women, time to wake up and smell your coffee. 2. Secondly we follow an all GO GREEN POLICY. Implying we will be serving only in bio degradable food packaging, thus doing our little bit to reduce the carbon footprint by adopting this approach. I am sure our Customers too will appreciate and encourage our effort and accept minimal and only essential cutlery in their deliveries.

Simple! please reach out to us here on WhatApp and leave us your contact details, Our admin team will get in touch with you to guide you ahead. Please remember we will need FSSAI compliance to onboard you on this platform. Don't be worried, we will make even that possible, if you have enough fire in your belly to turn into a foodpreneur. For basic terms of engagement, kindly refer to our terms of use. We have only one criteria for selection apart from you being an excellent cook, that is you have to be super hygenic in your approach with preparing your orders for our Customers using the best ingredients. Customers health is our TOP PRIORITY and we will never compromise there.

How does the branding work on MYT ?

MYT is a marketplace for home chefs operating their home kitchens under their FSSAI registered brand names. MYT promotes and markets all their network kitchens and collects a marketing cum operating commission from the orders placed by the customers. The food is delivered with MYT branding to ensure , uniformity. Home Chef names and numbers are not shared with the Customers.

How are the delivery services managed ?

MYT engages with third party logistic vendors to deliver the orders to their customers. The delivery charges are paid to the delivery agents immediately against each delivery.

What are the cancellation policies for the Home Chefs and Customers ?

Customers are not entitled to cancel their order once they have received confirmation of the same after making the payment. In the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, the Home Chef may not accept the order. In such an event, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy. There could be times, when owing to an emergency the Home-Chef is unable to prepare an accepted order. Even in such cases the Customer would be notified and their payments refunded.
