MIND YOUR TONGUE (henceforth referred to as MYT) believes in helping its customers as far as possible. We do not have a cancellation and refund policy for items once order is placed. You may reschedule the ordered items for delivery on another day within a week from the date of order. Under this policy:
- Rescheduling of orders will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days prior to the date of delivery of the order. However, the rescheduling request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once MYT has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1-2 hours of receipt of the products.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the MYT, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
